CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 APPROACHED THE STOP SIGN AND PREPARED TO MAKE A RIGHT HAND TURN ONTO EASTBOUND US 50 HIGHWAY. Cook's injuries were moderate. Cook was taken by Ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center, Warrensburg, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2003 Gmc Yukon driven by Wallace was total. It was removed by Towed By Ron'S Tow, Kingsville, Mo. The damage to the 2012 Honda Accord driven by Cook was total. It was removed by Towed By Ron'S Tow, Kingsville, Mo.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr W T Smith of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200506450 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
