Audray Rhineheart Injured in a Crash on October 02, 2020 in Franklin County, Missouri

Audray A Rhineheart of Washington, MO was injured on Friday, October 02, 2020 at 3:30PM in Franklin County, Missouri. Rhineheart is a 63-year-old woman.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
