The police said the damage to the 2019 Volvo driven by Mckinnon was total. It was removed by Towed By Heartland. The damage to the 1995 International driven by Meranda was moderate. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt Bartels of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200541318 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
