DRIVER 1 ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE LANES, FAILED TO SEE AN APPROACHING UNKNOWN VEHICLE, AND OVERCORRECTED TO THE RIGHT. VEHICLE 1 THEN WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A ROCK EMBANKMENT, CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO BECOME AIRBORNE. Injuries
House's injuries were moderate. House was taken by St. Francois County Ambulance District to Parkland Health Center - Farmington.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2016 Ford Focus driven by House was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Marler'S Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr D M Dooley of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200486746 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
