Stephen Boyd Injured in a Crash on September 03, 2020 in Mcdonald County, Missouri

Stephen H Boyd of Afton, OK was injured on Thursday, September 03, 2020 at 5:00PM in Mcdonald County, Missouri. Boyd is a 56-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH 1 AND VEH 2 FAILED TO MAINTAIN A SINGLE LANE. VEH 1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, OVERCORRECTED, AND STRUCK THE SIDE OF VEH 2. VEH 2 THEN TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED.

Injuries

Boyd's injuries were minor. Boyd was taken to Integris Hospital, Grove, Ok.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2014 Freightliner Coronado driven by Burke was minor. It was removed by P And J Towing. The damage to the 2006 Ford F150 driven by Boyd was total. It was removed by Gardners Towing.

Tpr J S Baird of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200434725 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
