CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH 1 WAS TRAVELLING EASTBOUND IN LANE #2 DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF VEH 2. VEH 1 SLOWED FOR CONGESTED TRAFFIC AHEAD; VEH 2 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEH 1. VEH 1 WAS PUSHED TO THE LEFT, CROSSING LANE #1 AND STRIKING THE CONCRETE BARRIER. VEH 1 BECAME AIRBORNE AND ROLLED OVER COMING TO REST ON ITS DRIVER'S SIDE. Injuries

Cook's injuries were moderate. Cook was taken to Centerpoint Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2010 Ford Escape driven by Thee was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Elite. The damage to the 2009 Honda Crv driven by Cook was total. It was removed by Towed By Elite Tow.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr A D Lindgren of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200467264 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
