Sally McCarthy Injured in a Crash on September 17, 2020 in Franklin County, Missouri

Sally C McCarthy of Congress, AZ was injured on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 2:15PM in Franklin County, Missouri. McCarthy is a 74-year-old woman.

VEHICLE 1 CROSSED BACK ACROSS ROAD AND OFF LEFT SIDE OF ROADWAY, STRUCK METAL MEDIAN GUARDRAIL AND OVERTURNED. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP IN THE EASTBOUND LANES OF I-44. A 2005 SATURN ION WAS IN TOW BEHIND VEHICLE 1 AND DAMAGED DURING THE CRASH. ASSISTED BY TPR B. C. BRIDGES (723)

Injuries

McCarthy's injuries were serious. McCarthy was taken by Washington Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital St Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2006 Ford 350 driven by Mccarthy was total. It was removed by Towed By Patriot Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr C C Marlow of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200465289 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
