Margarit's injuries were serious. Margarit was taken by Atchison/Holt Ambulance to Mosaic Medical Center In St. Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1999 Honda Accord driven by Margarit was total. It was removed by Towed By Double D.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
