Hayden Layton Injured in a Crash on October 01, 2020 in Perry County, Missouri

Injuries

Layton's injuries were minor. Layton was taken by Perry County Ambulance to Perry County Memorial Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the Hyundai Elantra driven by Layton was total. It was removed by Taken To/By Perry County Towing. The damage to the 2016 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Salinas was extensive. It was removed by Taken To/By Perry County Towing. The damage to the 2015 Dodge Charger driven by Satterfield was total. It was removed by Taken To/By Hunsaker Towing. The damage to the Unknown driven by Unknown was total. It was removed by Taken To/By Hunsaker Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Trooper C S Geralds of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200492054 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
