Gregory Medlock Killed in a Crash on September 28, 2020 in Maries County, Missouri

Gregory A Medlock of Vienna, MO was killed on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 1:20AM in Maries County, Missouri. Medlock is a 52-year-old man.

FATALITY CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 TRAVELING NORTH ON US 63 TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A CULVERT, STRUCK A ROCK BLUFF AND OVERTURNED COMING TO REST ON ITS LEFT SIDE. Injuries

Medlock's injuries were fatal. Medlock was taken by Maries Osage Ambulance District to Phelps Health.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1997 Ford F250 driven by Medlock was total. It was removed by Towed By/To C & C Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr B C Rowden of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200485150 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
