Dillan J Weiss of Forsyth, MO was killed on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 10:30AM in Taney County, Missouri. Weiss is a 30-year-old man.

Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Kawasaki Motorcycle driven by Weiss was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Jim'S Auto Body. The damage to the 2018 Honda Accord driven by Chinnery was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Jim'S Auto Body.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl K R Waters and Crash Team Sgt S R Richardson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200489061 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
