Pierce's injuries were moderate. Pierce was taken by North Hariison Ambulance District to Harrison County Community Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2001 Olds driven by Pierce was total. It was removed by Towed By Youngs Towing Out Of Eagleville.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
