CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH#1 WAS WESTBOUND ON RTE N. VEH#1 CROSSED THE CENTER OF THE ROAD. DVR#1 OVERCORRECTED CAUSING VEH#1 TO ROTATE AND TRAVEL OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD, VEH#1 STRUCK A DITCH AND OVERTURNED, COMING TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING NORTHEAST. Injuries

Pierce's injuries were moderate. Pierce was taken by North Hariison Ambulance District to Harrison County Community Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2001 Olds driven by Pierce was total. It was removed by Towed By Youngs Towing Out Of Eagleville.

Cpl C J Sullivan of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200442331 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
