Lucas Coulter Injured in a Crash on August 24, 2020 in Johnson County, Missouri

Lucas A Coulter of Chilhowee, MO was injured on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 11:54AM in Johnson County, Missouri. Coulter is a 18-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OVER THE CENTER OF THE ROADWAY, OVER CORRECTED AND EXITED THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED AND DRIVER 1 WAS EJECTED.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
