Debra Hopkins Injured in a Crash on August 26, 2020 in Scott County, Missouri

Debra Hopkins of Poplar Bluff, MO was injured on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 2:35PM in Scott County, Missouri. Hopkins is a 66-year-old woman.
