Nelson's injuries were fatal. Nelson was taken to Transported From Scene By Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Nelson was total. It was removed by Towed By Pauls Towing.

The highway patrol assigned report number 200328762 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
