Rebecca Kleiss Killed in a Crash on July 24, 2020 in St. Clair County, Missouri

Rebecca L Kleiss of Stockton, MO was killed on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 5:21PM in St. Clair County, Missouri. Kleiss is a 41-year-old woman.

The police said the damage to the 2001 Toyota Sequoia driven by Kleiss was extensive. It was removed by C & H Towing Of Collins.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
