Injuries
Tanner's injuries were fatal. Tanner was taken by The Lewis County Coroner to Lewis County Coronor'S Office.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 Polaris Razor driven by Tanner was total. It was removed by Removed By Robert'S Garage.
