Eckstein's injuries were fatal. Eckstein was taken to Transported To Phillips Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1985 Suzuki Atv driven by Eckstein was none. It was removed by Secured At Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
