VEHICLE 1 RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY, CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND WENT OFF OF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND STRUCK A TREE. ASSISTED BY CPL. B.E.
