Joseph McDowell of Hazelwood, MO was killed on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at 9:50PM in St. Louis County, Missouri. McDowell is a 71-year-old man.

Injuries
McDowell's injuries were fatal. McDowell was taken by Robertson Fire Protection to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 Volvo Vnl driven by Khujaev was moderate. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2011 Toyota Avalon driven by Mcdowell was total. It was removed by Towed By/To A2B Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr J V Bondurant and Sgt J A Mulkey of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200346640 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
