Benjamin Hinsberger Injured in a Crash on July 11, 2020 in Pettis County, Missouri

THIS CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON ROUTE M. VEHICLE #1 ENTERED A CORNER AND BEGAN TO OVERTURN. DRIVER #1 OVERCORRECTED AND VEHICLE #1 BEGAN SKIDDING. VEHICLE #1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED, EJECTING BOTH OCCUPANTS. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST ON ITS SIDE.

Injuries

Hinsberger's injuries were serious. Hinsberger was taken to Transported To University Of Missouri Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2001 Suzuki Cruiser driven by Hinsberger was minor. It was removed by Towed By Private Tow.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
