Injuries
Cook's injuries were minor. Cook was taken by St Charles County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital St Louis.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Vincent was moderate. It was removed by Taken To/By A1 Towing. The damage to the 2016 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Costello was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2006 Lincoln Ls driven by Cook was extensive. It was removed by Taken To/By A1 Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Trooper E M Reynoso of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200281362 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
