Richard D Marion of Barnhart, MO was killed on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 2:10PM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Marion is a 57-year-old man.

Injuries
Marion's injuries were fatal. Marion was taken by Rock Township Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital South.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Courtway was minor. It was removed by Leo'S B & T Towing. The damage to the 2006 Pontiac Solstice driven by Marion was moderate. It was removed by Leo'S B & T Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Trooper S G Hassell of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200280986 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
