VEHICLE 2 COULDN'T AVOID VEHICLE 1 AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2 STRUCK THE BACK OF VEHICLE 1. ASSISTED BY CPL. C. L. PLEASANT (715) AND TPR. T. A. REENTS (916).
Injuries
Craig's injuries were minor. Craig was taken by St Charles County Ambulance to St Joe'S West.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 Hyundai Accent driven by Craig was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By A1 Towing. The damage to the 2007 Ford Focus driven by Estes was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By A1 Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr E M Reynoso of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200279920 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
