Fatal Injuries
McMillen's injuries were fatal. McMillen was taken by Russell Colonial Funeral Home to St Louis County Morgue.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2008 Toyota Yaris driven by Vance McMillen was total. It was removed by Vogelgesangs Towing.
