Fatal Injuries
Buerk Jr's injuries were fatal. Buerk Jr was taken by Russell Mortuary to St Louis County Morgue.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2000 Honda Accord driven by Timothy Buerk Jr was total. It was removed by Patriot Towing. The damage to the 2019 Mack Dump Truck driven by Robert Strode was moderate. It was also removed by Patriot Towing.
