Cierra Garland of Greenville, Missouri was injured on Wednesday, January 15th 2020 at 7:13 pm in Stoddard County, Missouri. Garland is a 17-year-old girl.

The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
