Heather Porter Injured in a Crash on October 28, 2019 in Franklin County, Missouri

Heather R Porter of St Clair, Missouri was injured on Monday, October 28th 2019 at 4:40 am in Franklin County, Missouri. Porter is a 33-year-old woman.
