Emma Chapman Injured in a Crash on May 26, 2019 in Camden County, Missouri

Emma Chapman of New Market, Iowa was injured on Sunday, May 26th 2019 at 10:23 am in Camden County, Missouri. Chapman is a 14-year-old girl.
