Kim Cullinan Injured in a Crash on May 9, 2018 in St Louis County, Missouri

Kim E Cullinan of St Peters, Missouri was injured on Wednesday, May 9th 2018 at 3:11 pm in St Louis County, Missouri. Cullinan is a 59-year-old woman.

THE IMPACTED CAUSED VEHICLE 3 [THE 2017 HONDA CRV DRIVEN BY KARIN PETERSON] TO ENTER LANE 1 AND STRIKE THE REAR OF VEHICLE 4 [THE 2000 JAGUAR XJ DRIVEN BY PHYLLIS HARPER]

Injuries

Cullinan's injuries were serious. Cullinan was taken by Pattonville Fire Protection District to SSM Health DePaul Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2015 Chevrolet Impala driven by Breana Helm was extensive. It was removed by AAA Towing. The damage to the 2004 Jeep Compass driven by Kim Cullinan was extensive. It was removed by Bolins Towing. The damage to the 2017 Honda CRV driven by Karin Peterson was moderate. It was also removed by Bolins Towing. The damage to the 2000 Jaguar Xj driven by Phyllis Harper was minor.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Trooper B A Collins of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 180274780 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $5.75 for each certified report (certification required for court). But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted or blacked out.
