Fatal Injuries
Lapen's injuries were fatal. Lapen was taken by Daviess County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Pontiac G 8 driven by Harrison Lapen was total. It was removed by Bridgemans of Altamont.
