Hernandez's injuries were moderate. Hernandez was taken by Nodaway County EMS to St. Francis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2007 Toyota Tundra driven by Miguel Hernandez was total. It was towed from the crash scene by Towed by Shell's of Maryville.

Trooper A J Kempa of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 170555736 to this crash.
