Vincent Pedroza Injured in a Crash on July 7, 2017 in Hickory County, Missouri

Vincent D Pedroza of Preston, Missouri was injured on Friday, July 7th 2017 at 10:15 am in Hickory County, Missouri. Pedroza is a 16-year-old boy.
