THE MISSOURI HIGHWAY PATROL TROOP C SAID THE DAMAGE TO SHELSIE L RAGSDALE'S 2011 NISSAN ALTIMA WAS MINOR AND IT WAS TOWED TO/BY BUCKLEY TOWING.
