THIS IMPACT CAUSED THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2 TO STRIKE THE REAR OF VEHICLE 1.

PALMER'S INJURIES WERE MODERATE. PALMER WAS TAKEN TO ST ANTHONYS MEDICAL CENTER BY ROCK TOWNSHIP.

THE MISSOURI HIGHWAY PATROL TROOP C SAID THE DAMAGE TO JACOB A TEDESCO'S 2004 CHEVROLET 1500 WAS EXTENSIVE AND IT WAS TAKEN BY PRIVATE TOW.
