FOSTER WAS A DRIVER. THE WRECK HAPPENED ON HIGHWAY 141 NORTH OF HIGHWAY 21. THE WRECK OCCURRED AS DRIVER #1 SUFFERED A MEDICAL CONDITION AND TRAVELED OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE FRONT OF VEHICLE #1 STRUCK A RAISED CURB.

FOSTER'S INJURIES WERE MINOR. FOSTER WAS TAKEN BY ROCK TOWNSHIP AMBULANCE TO ST. ANTHONY'S MEDICAL CENTER.
