VEH 1 RAN OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, OVERTURNED DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND CAME TO REST IN A CREEK ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. DRIVER 1 WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE AT 1132 BY EXCELSIOR SPRINGS AMBULANCE PERSONNEL KURTIS WILLIMETZ. ASSISTED BY TPR R I MCQUERREY /849/, CLAY COUNTY SHERIFFIS DEPARTMENT, EXCELSIOR SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT AND BIRMINGHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT.
