RICHERSON (759), CPL J.A. CLUVER (134), AND TPR D.T. SHIKLES (884). THIS IS TROOP F'S 1ST FATALITY FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER AND THE 58TH FOR THE YEAR 2016.

THE MISSOURI HIGHWAY PATROL TROOP F SAID THE DAMAGE TO MELVIN Y PINKETT'S 2005 KENWORTH T300 DUMP TRUCK WAS EXTENSIVE AND IT WAS I-70 TOWING.
