ASSISTED BY THE CLARK COUNTY AMBULANCE AND SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT, WYACONDA FIRE DEPARTMENT, GORIN FIRST RESPONDERS, AIR EVAC HELICOPTER, AND MSHP MAJOR CRASH INVESTIGATIVE UNIT SGT KEMPKE 982. YATES WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT SCOTLAND COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL BY DR. SCHNEIDER AT 1403. NEXT OF KIN HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. TROOP B'S 16TH FATALITY FOR 2016.
