Nieman's injuries were moderate. Nieman was taken by Chillicothe Ems to A Landing Zone Where Life Flight Eagle Then Transported Subject.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2021 Chevrolet 3500 driven by Shields was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene. The damage to the 2022 Polaris Ranger 1000Xp driven by Nieman was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Private Party.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Sgt J J Rongey of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 230369747 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
