Cecil Bender Killed in a Crash on December 15, 2022 in Macon County, Missouri

Cecil W Bender of Macon, MO was killed on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 5:00PM in Macon County, Missouri. Bender is a 68-year-old man.

Injuries

Bender's injuries were fatal. Bender was taken to Taken To Greening Eagan Hayes Funeral Home In Macon.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Bender was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Still Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Msgt Ritter of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220657396 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
