DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED AND VEHICLE 1 CROSSED THE CENTER OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 2 WAS FORCED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK AN ORANGE TRAFFIC CONE AND CAME TO REST ON THE LEFT SHOULDER. VEHICLE 1 CONTINUED SLIDING SIDEWAYS UNTIL DRIVER 1 REGAINED CONTROL AND CONTINUED WESTBOUND FROM THE SCENE.
Injuries
Green's injuries were minor. Green was not taken to the hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2020 Hino Box Truck driven by Marquis was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2015 International Tractor driven by Green was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr C M Barclay of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220626154 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
