THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST UPRIGHT FACING SOUTHWEST ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ROADWAY AND VEHICLE 2 CAME TO REST UPRIGHT FACING NORTHEAST OFF OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF ROADWAY. ASSISTED BY THE GENTRY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND LOCAL FIRST RESPONDERS.
Injuries
Daly's injuries were serious. Daly was taken by Life Net to Mosaic In St. Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1994 Dodge 2500 Pick Up driven by Hamilton was total. It was removed by Towed By Raymond Smith Towing. The damage to the 2007 Dodge Dakota driven by Mercer was total. It was removed by Towed By Raymond Smith Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr T B Heintz of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220427666 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
