Gary Cleek Injured in a Crash on August 16, 2022 in Camden County, Missouri

Injuries

Cleek's injuries were serious. Cleek was taken by Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital In Osage Beach.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2002 Ford F150 driven by Cleek was total. It was removed by Hi Tech Towing - Kaiser. The damage to the 2020 Ram 1500 driven by Baxter was total. It was removed by Hi Tech Towing - Kaiser.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr B N Hunsicker of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220436721 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
