Ryan Jensen Killed in a Crash on July 17, 2022 in Phelps County, Missouri

Ryan M Jensen of Rolla, MO was killed on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at 10:30PM in Phelps County, Missouri. Jensen is a 34-year-old man.

NEXT OF KIN NOTIFIED - OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, EJECTING THE DRIVER. SUBJECT WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT 2306 HOURS BY DR OLUSANYA AT PHELPS HEALTH HOSPITAL. THIS IS TROOP I'S 1ST FATALITY FOR THE MONTH OF JULY AND 21ST FOR THE YEAR 2022. ASSISTED BY MSGT S.W. Injuries

Jensen's injuries were fatal. Jensen was taken to Body Transported To Null And Sons Funeral Home In Rolla.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2009 Suzuki Gsx 1300R driven by Jensen was total. It was removed by Ron Dishman Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr C C Marlow of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220381155 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
