Michael Gray Killed in a Crash on July 11, 2022 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Michael A Gray of Foristell, MO was killed on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 3:50PM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Gray is a 64-year-old man.

FATALITY REPORT - VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON MISSOURI 94. DRIVER 1 WAS TRAVELING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS AND LOST CONTROL. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A TRAFFIC SIGN. DRIVER 1 WAS EJECTED AND STRUCK A TRAFFIC SIGN. ASSISTED BY TPR. R. K. STONE (495). DRIVER 1 FATALITY PRONOUNCED ON THE SCENE AT 1601 HOURS BY ST. CHARLES COUNTY AMBULANCE PERSONNNEL.

Injuries

Gray's injuries were fatal. Gray was taken by St. Charles County Regional Medical Examiner'S Office to St. Louis County Morgue.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2017 Yamaha Xsr900 driven by Gray was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A & A Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr M Lang of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220368991 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
