VEH 2 STRUCK VEH 1 ON FRONT PASSENGER FENDER WITH ITS FRONT BUMPER. VEH 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO REST FACING NORTH ON ITS WHEELS. VEH 2 TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED MULTIPLE TIMES COMING TO REST ON ITS TOP FACING NORTH.
Injuries
Staggs's injuries were minor. Staggs was taken by Andrew County Ambulance to Mosaic.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2014 Jeep Wrangler driven by Miller was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight. The damage to the 2013 Ford Taurus driven by Staggs was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr V F Selsor of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220383638 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
