Injuries
Myers's injuries were minor. Myers was taken by Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital Jefferson.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Gmc Sierra driven by Worley was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Ives Towing. The damage to the 2019 Kenworth T680 driven by Middleton was moderate. It was removed by Driven From The Scene. The damage to the 2007 Ford Fusion driven by Myers was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Ives Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr Z P Beckerman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220361644 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
