Erynn Knight Injured in a Crash on July 06, 2022 in Callaway County, Missouri

Erynn D Knight of Fulton, MO was injured on Wednesday, July 06, 2022 at 5:15PM in Callaway County, Missouri. Knight is a 18-year-old woman.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 WAS TURNING ONTO EASTBOUND ROUTE WW FROM A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. VEHICLE #2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON ROUTE WW. THIS CRASH OCCURRED WHEN DRIVER #1 WAS INATTENTIVE AND FAILED TO YIELD TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. VEHICLE #1 TRAVELED INTO THE PATH OF VEHICLE #2 AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE #1 STRUCK THE FRONT RIGHT CORNER OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST IN THE PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. VEHICLE #2 CAME TO REST PARTIALLY OFF THE ROADWAY, IN THE EASTBOUND LANE OF ROUTE WW.

Injuries

Knight's injuries were serious. Knight was taken by Callaway County Ems to Mu Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2001 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Knight was total. It was removed by Towed By Atr Towing. The damage to the 2007 Jeep Liberty driven by Merritt was total. It was removed by Towed By Tom And Steves.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr B W Masek of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220359234 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
