AND VEHICLE 3 CAME TO REST ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER OF NORTHBOUND I-170, NORTH OF SCUDDER. VEHICLE 2. THEN CAUGHT ON FIRE. ASSISTED BY BERKLEY PD AND TPR. C. GATES (324).
Injuries
Sayles's injuries were moderate. Sayles was taken by Christian Hospital Ems to Barnes Jewish Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Honda Accord driven by Franklin was total. It was removed by A2B Towing. The damage to the 2012 Chevrolet Colorado driven by Sayles was total. It was removed by A2B Towing. The damage to the 2019 Chevrolet Express driven by Britton was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl J Lacy of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220357138 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
